For eyelash use. Apply a thin line along the upper lash line once a day at nighttime. Apply only at the root area onto clean skin as though applying eyeliner. Do not apply more than once per day. May also be used on eyebrows. For eyebrow use, apply onto the root of clean eyebrows.
